Sci Fi TV Premieres:
Mayfair Witches (AMC): Season 2 continues the journey of Rowan Mayfair after she has unwittingly given birth to the demon Lasher. She is determined to understand what he has become – human or monster? – and to use him to fulfill her purpose as a healer, but when tragedy strikes, she must put aside her own desires and fight to protect her family. Premieres Sunday at 9 PM EST.
Schedule Notes:
Syfy will start up its annual New Years Twilight Zone marathon at 3 AM on Tuesday and that will run through 3:30 AM on Thursday. Sci Fi TV News of Note:
There was not much in the way of sci fi TV news this past week because of the holiday, but Max did announce that its animated series Creature Commandos–which is the first entry in the newest DC Universe reboot–will continue to a second season. That show will be wrapping up its first season next week.
