Sci Fi TV News of Note:
Daredevil: Born Again will be premiering in March 2025, carrying on the series that began on Netflix in 2015 and ran for three seasons. And MCU Head of TV and Streaming Brad Winderbaum has said that he would like to see Jessica Jones return as well (that show also had a three-season run). Series star Krysten Ritter made the following comment in response to that:
Brad Winderbaum said that? That’s really exciting to hear. Isn’t that the guy who makes the call? Come on, Brad! Let’s get it going. Let’s do it. I’ll be ready.
There are currently no plans to revive the series, but if Daredevil: Born Again does well in viewership, that could pave the way for Jessica Jones, The Punisher, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist to make a return on Disney+.
In renewals this past week, Dune: Prophecy has received the greenlight for a second season at HBO, and Secret Level has unlocked a new season at Amazon.
According to Production Weekly development/production has started on Nova (Disney+) and Silo Season 4. You can read more about those at this link.
