Nielsen Streaming Top 10
Hulu’s time-bending series Kindred made it into the Nielsen Streaming Rankings for the week of December 12th to 18th, though just barely. The show debuted at the Number 10 slot with an estimated 361 million minutes of viewing. Those are actually decent numbers for a Hulu entry and could help the show get a second season. The only other genre entry in the Nielsen charts that week was Wednesday which remained at the Number 1 slot and pulled in another 2.2 billion minutes of viewing. Manifest (Final Season) and 1899 (Cancelled) dropped out from the prior week. Following are all the sci fi and fantasy TV shows on the streaming charts for the week (the number in parenthesis is the prior week rank):

Netflix Top 10:
Wednesday slipped from the Number 1 slot in the Netflix Top 10 the week of January 2nd – 8th. It dropped to Number 3 with 81 million hours viewed after six straight weeks at the top of the chart. That show has been renewed for a second season. The only other genre entry in the Top 10 for English Language shows was The Witcher: Blood Origin mini-series which slipped to Number 9 with 18 million hours viewed. In the Non-English Language chart, Alchemy of Souls Part 2 held at Number 6 with 21 million hours viewed.
