Nielsen Streaming Top 10
Netflix’s Wednesday entered the Nielsen Streaming Rankings for the week of November 21st to 27th and posted the second-highest viewership numbers ever tracked on those charts. It was at the Number 1 spot and had just under six billion minutes of viewing according to Nielsen estimates. That puts it behind only Stranger Things as the most-watched streaming original in a single week according to the service. And even more impressive was the fact that the viewership was only for five days seeing as the show premiered on a Wednesday. So maybe it is time for Netflix to renew this one?
Netflix’s 1899 (Renewal Possible) improved in its second week on the chart, rising to Number 3 with 1.1 billion minutes of viewing. Manifest (Final Season) slipped to Number 5 with 988 million minutes viewers. Disney+’s Andor (Renewed) improved to Number 6 with 674 million minutes for its Season 1 finale. Following are all the sci fi and fantasy TV shows on the streaming charts for the week (the number in parenthesis is the prior week rank):
