Netflix Top 10:
Stranger Things continued its dominance of the Netflix Top 10 for the week of May 30th to June 5th. The fourth season of that show held on to the Number 1 slot with 335 million hours viewed, a record for an English language original on that streaming service. Seasons 1, 2, and 3 were the next three entries in the Top 10 as the show drew plenty of attention that week. The final two episodes of the split fourth season will stream in July and then the show will return for its fifth and final season in 2023. Love Death + Robots dropped out of the Top 10 after placing there two weeks for its third season. And in the non-English language chart, the only genre entry was the Anime series Shaman King. Following are all the sci fi and fantasy TV shows on the Netflix charts for the week (the number in parenthesis is the prior week rank):

Linear Ratings Results of Interest:
On Tuesday on The CW, Tom Swift held steady from its premiere, posting a 0.06 rating based on same-day viewing for the 18-49 demographic with 340K total viewers. Those numbers might be good enough to keep it going as a Summer series, but since there is so much uncertainty at that network with the pending sale and they have cancelled quite a number of shows this season, I am moving this one to Bubble status.
On Thursday, The CW’s Legacies improved to a 0.10 rating with 449K total viewers (it’s best numbers since Fall) as it approaches its series finale. Fans are currently fighting to save that show. On Friday, Charmed posted a 0.07 rating with 393K total viewers for its series finale.
On Sunday, HBO’s The Time Traveler’s Wife ticked down to a 0.03 rating with 213K total viewers. The premium cable channels do not pay as much attention to the same-day ratings, but they still act as a leading indicator and this show remains firmly On the Bubble.
