Ratings Results of Interest
On Sunday, The Walking Dead slipped to a 0.40 rating based on same-day viewing for the 18-49 demographic with 1.6 million total viewers as its numbers continue to languish in its final season. Over on The CW, Riverdale improved to a 0.06 rating with 213K total viewers and that one was renewed last week. On Starz, Shining Vale remained low at a 0.03 rating with 134K total viewers keeping it firmly On the Bubble
On Friday, Charmed slipped to a 0.04 rating with 296K total viewers, but I still like that one’s chances of returning for a fifth (and possibly final) season. On Thursday, Ghosts and Legacies again took a took a break due to the basketball games, but they return this week with new episodes.
On Wednesday on The CW, The Flash improved to a 0.14 rating with 689K total viewers while Kung Fu kicked up a 0.11 score with 647K total viewers. Both of those shows were renewed last week. Over on Syfy, Astrid & Lilly Save the World slipped to a 0.03 rating with 170K total viewers with no lead-in from Resident Alien (which is on hiatus), and fans need to make a Call to Action to help that show.
On Tuesday, The CW’s Superman & Lois slipped to a 0.13 rating with 797K total viewers after one week off, but it was included in last week’s renewal announcement. Naomi slipped to 0.07 rating with 526K total viewers and its status is not as certain now. On Monday, TNT’s Snowpiercer improved to a 0.15 rating with 658K total viewers for its second to last Season 3 episode and it has already been renewed for a fourth year.
