Weekly roundup of science fiction and fantasy shows (as well as movies/specials of note) on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.
Two more shows join the Mid-Season schedule this week, both on the basic cable networks. On Monday, TNT’s dystopian series Snowpiercer returns with its second season premiere at 9 PM EST. Then on Wednesday, Syfy’s new series Resident Alien–which stars Alan Tudyk–has its premiere at 10 PM EST. Apart from that, it is business as usual for the week, but more sci fi and fantasy shows are on the way and you can see the full schedule at this link.

Schedule Notes: If a show is listed as On Hiatus, that means that it is taking a break of more than two episodes in a row. If a streaming series is included in the listings after its premiere date, then it releases new episodes once per week on that day as opposed to releasing its entire season at one time.
