Weekly roundup of science fiction and fantasy shows (as well as movies/specials of note) on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.
There are no premieres or finales this week in a slow Fall season that has fewer genre shows to offer than usual. There are several shows with new episodes (or continuing their encore runs), though, and those should be of interest to sci fi fans. Adult Swim’s animated series Primal (from Genndy Tartakovsky) made a surprise return to the schedule last week and it is airing its remaining Season 1 episodes on Sunday evenings at 11:30 PM EST. That show has also been renewed for a second season. There are still more sci fi and fantasy shows on the way this Fall, and you can see the full schedule at this link.

Schedule Notes: If a show is listed as On Hiatus, that means that it is taking a break of more than two episodes in a row. If a streaming series is included in the listings after its premiere date, then it releases new episodes once per week on that day as opposed to releasing its entire season at one time.
