Weekly Roundup: Ratings results and status updates on all the currently airing sci fi & fantasy shows as well as those still awaiting word on their fates. For the latest ratings updates throughout the week, be sure to follow the Cancelled Sci Fi Twitter Site
Ratings Results of Interest: There were only four sci fi and fantasy shows on the broadcast and cable networks this past week with ratings results as genre offerings remain slim on those venues this Summer. On Sunday, AMC’s supernatural drama NOS4A2 remained low at a 0.08 rating based on same-day viewing for the 18-49 demographic with 410K total viewers. Those numbers are almost certainly disappointing for AMC execs and this show’s chances of continuing to a third season appear slim.
On Wednesday, Agents of SHIELD held steady at a 0.3 rating with 1.4 million total viewers as it winds down its finale season. Over on The CW, The 100 held at a 0.2 rating with 605K total viewers. That show is also in its final season. On Tuesday, Stargirl held at a 0.2 rating with 827K total viewers. That show has been renewed for a second season and will be exclusive to The CW next year.

Status Updates of Interest
For the status updates on all of the currently airing shows plus those awaiting word on their fate, go to this link.
Harley Quinn (DCU, Season Ended, Status – Renewal Possible): This animated entry proved popular in its first season and had a quick turnaround for its second year. The first two seasons will start streaming on HBO Max in August, and a third season looks like a good bet (possibly moving to that platform full time).
The Twilight Zone (CBSAA, Streaming, Status – Renewal Possible): The critical response to this show has been decent across its first two seasons and it certainly comes at a much lower cost to CBS All Access than the Star Trek entries. I would say it has a decent chance of sticking around for a third season and possibly more.
