Sci Fi TV Listings for the Week of July 13th: Premieres for Brave New World and Cursed

Weekly roundup of science fiction and fantasy shows (as well as movies/specials of note) on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.

This week will bring the premieres of two new sci fi and fantasy shows on the streaming services. NBC’s Peacock service gets its broad launch on Wednesday and that day also brings the premiere of Brave New World, based on the classic Aldous Huxley dystopian novel. That show will release one episode per week. Then on Friday, Netflix’s fantasy drama Cursed, based on the graphic novel by Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler, will have its debut. All episodes will be available for streaming that day. There are still more shows on the way this Summer and you can see the full schedule at this link.

Schedule Notes: If a show is listed as On Hiatus, that means that it is taking a break of more than two episodes in a row. If a streaming series is included in the listings after its premiere date, then it releases new episodes once per week on that day as opposed to releasing its entire season at one time.
