Weekly roundup of science fiction and fantasy shows (as well as movies/specials of note) on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.
Believe it or not, the Fall season is just about here and I consider the two premieres on Friday to be early entries kicking off the new season. Netflix’s The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (a prequel to the 1982 movie) debuts on Friday with all episodes available that day (see trailer below). And Amazon’s Carnival Row bows on Prime Video the same day with all episodes available. Also this week, DCU’s Young Justice wraps up its third season with the final three episodes available for streaming on Tuesday. The Fall season will start ramping up pretty quickly over the next few weeks and you can see the full schedule of sci fi and fantasy shows at this link.

Schedule Notes: If a show is listed as On Hiatus, that means that it is taking a break of more than two episodes in a row. If a streaming series is included in the listings after its premiere date, then it releases new episodes once per week on that day as opposed to releasing its entire season at one time.
