Man From Atlantis debuted on NBC in 1977 and delivered four television movies plus an additional thirteen episode series following the mysterious man who can live underwater. Patrick Duffy is well known by fans of the show for bringing the character to life, though he is better known by television audiences for his portrayal of Bobby Ewing on Dallas. Duffy apparently had fond memories of the role that gave him his first big break and wanted to revisit the character with a story that explored where he came from. This book was released in 2016 and is the first of a planned trilogy (the status of the other two books is currently unknown).
