Spring kicks into high gear this week with new and returning shows as we have four debuts set over the next seven days. On Saturday, Doctor Who returns for its tenth season at 9 PM EST on BBC America which will be the last featuring Peter Capaldi as the Doctor. One hour later, the Doctor Who spin-off Class will have its first season debut. On Friday, Mystery Science Theater 3000 returns for its revival season which will be streaming on Netflix. And on Sunday, HBO’s The Leftovers kicks off its third and final season at 9 PM EST.
Some scheduling notes: ION can’t figure out when it is airing the final season episodes of Saving Hope, but currently it looks like they are on Tuesdays (after kicking off on Saturdays). I’m not quite certain if there are two back-to-back episodes airing as previously indicated or just one new one on that night, but target the 10 – 12 EST hours to find at least one new ep of the show. Also, the TV Guide listings do not show a new episode of The Expanse this week, but instead shows the premiere of the reality series Deals from the Darkside. I will keep an eye on the schedule and update when it gets closer to Wednesday.
