New or notable science fiction and fantasy entries on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.
This will be the last week of (mostly) no preemptions or reruns before the holiday season kicks in and starts to wreak havoc with the schedule. ABC’s Once Upon A Time expands to two hours on Sunday which means that Resurrection gets preempted (and won’t return with new episodes until November 30th). Plus, sci fi fans may be interested in tuning in to the PBS special To Catch a Comet on Wednesday that focuses on the European funded mission which just successfully landed a spacecraft on a comet. There are also some Science Channel specials throughout the week that may interest genre fans as well.
