Prime Time Sci Fi TV: This Week Brings Us the Doctor Who Season 8 Finale

New or notable science fiction and fantasy entries on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.

Not too much in the way of changes to the schedule this week.  Doctor Who has its Season 8 finale on Saturday on BBC America. Tuesday night looks like mostly preemptions and repeats because of election coverage, though the special Marvel: 75 Years, From Pulp to Pop (airing in the Agents of SHIELD timeslot) might be worth watching.  And on Saturday Syfy offers its latest cheese-fest Mutant World, for those interested.  Following is the description for that one: “People emerge from a bunker 10 years after an apocalyptic meteor strike and discover the world overrun by crazed mutants.”
