Prime Time Sci Fi TV: Constantine Debuts This Week, Plus the Returns of Grimm and The 100

New or notable science fiction and fantasy entries on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.

Believe it or not, there are still more Fall premieres this coming week.  NBC’s new series Constantine has its bow on Friday, and in the hour before that Grimm returns for its fourth season.  And on Wednesday, The 100 returns for its second season in the lead-out hour from Arrow.  But that should be it for Fall premieres until early December when Ascension will air on Syfy (changed from late November) and The Librarians will bow on TNT.  Unless ABC decides to go ahead and air Galavant and Agent Carter this year, but it is looking like those two will be mid-season entries.  Other than the regular Fall shows now airing it looks like the only other thing of interest for the week is the horror flick Starve on Syfy on Monday.  That one appears to be one they picked up because it couldn’t get a theatrical release, though, so a ‘buyer beware” notice comes with it.
