New or notable science fiction and fantasy entries on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans.
The coming week brings fewer sci fi /fantasy viewing choices in Prime Time since most shows have wrapped up their seasons, but there is still plenty to watch. The series finale for Syfy’s Warehouse 13 airs on Monday and the season finale for The CW’s Supernatural is on Tuesday. On Wednesday, Revolution has its season finale which will also act as its swansong unless the fans manage to turn around NBC’s cancellation decision. On Thursday and Friday, The CW will air the 2012 mini-series Labyrinth which was produced and filmed in Europe (and has already aired overseas). Described as a “historical” drama, it tracks two women’s quest for the Holy Grail and may interest genre fans (and Ridley Scott is attached as one of the producers).
