Status: The ratings for this show started low and then slipped further to the point that it barely registered by the end of its first season. It did not receive very good buzz from fans or critics either, and BBC America has made no announcement on a second season. By all appearances, this one looks to be one-and-done, and fans of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series can certainly hope for a better adaptation of those books at some point in the future.
