Why Was It Cancelled? This series made a few appearances in the Nielsen Streaming rankings, but not enough to justify its price tag of $180 million for the first season. Showrunner Leslye Headland had plans for the show to continue, but it did not register well with the fanbase, currently only holding an 18% Audience Score on Rotten Tomatoes. Disney+ decided to cut it off at one season and it is unlikely they will allow this one to switch to a different venue to carry on its story.
