Why Did It End? This series started out with okay ratings for a Syfy entry and was helped by the fact that the network partnered with the Space Channel up in Canada, sharing the cost of the production. Its numbers slipped in subesequent seasons, but Syfy’s parent company NBCUniversal had an ownership stake in the show and kept it going through a fifth season to give it time to wrap up its storylines.

The show needs to take me somewhere I have never been before. This is space, who wants to see bounty hunters in space. Is there so little adventure and intrigue. At first the show was really great, now, it has evolved into a eight to five job, I grew with star trek, give me some vision. The show is boring, it need to be put out of its misery.
It is heading into its final season in 2019.
The hubby and I LOVE Killjoys! Please give us a 4th season.
I don’t mind this show. It’s alright but the dialogue could be better. I personally like Dark Matter more. I’m still watching Killjoys and will be upset if it gets cancelled. I would be way more upset if Dark Matter was cancelled. I believe both these shows don’t get the ratings and viewers they deserve. Maybe it’s the Friday night time slot or maybe it’s not advertised enough. Time will tell. I’m pushing both these shows on my friends that don’t watch lol.

I totally agree, this show to me is really a feeling of being there in space. This is my favorite today of SYFI best. SO IN LOVE. WITH KILLJOY. PLEASE. bring them back.
me and my mum love kill joys. Please DO NOT CANCEL this show. I have already been upset enough with several cancelation from other networks. DO NOT BE A PARTY POOPER! and join them. we record the show as not to miss an episode when we are busy because we love the show. we have fallen for the shows great set of characters and storylines. not to mention the terrific actors and actress, Love Them. And of course the perfect theme (SCYFI RULES).
Killjoys has been renewed for a second season that will begin airing in Summer 2016
Love this show. Great characters. 1st show I watch on my DVR. Hope the get picked up for Season 2.
Do not cancel Killjoys, it is easily the best thing Syfy has put on the air since Stargate
we watch the show every week it is one of our favorites so come on Syfy bring it on on for Year two

Good thing it’s Not there show to cancel. They don’t produce it, or are the original network to broadcast it. The network that owns it is SPACE. They just pick it up for the States. Why do they act like they own it?
Syfy is actually partnered with Space on Killjoys (Dark Matter as well). So if Syfy decides not to participate for a second season, Space may not be able to afford to keep the show going unless another partner jumped onboard.

I agree. It’s MUCH better than Dark Matter. I quickly lost interest in Dark Matter. There was no characters I really cared about. This show has a vague Firefly type feel to it. So far, I’m really digging it!
FireFly was ass, please don’t taint Killjoys like that. But yeah Dark Matter needs to go. That show died the instant Wesley showed up.
