Description: Based on the Women of the Otherworld novels by #1 NY Times best-selling author Kelley Armstrong, Bitten is an emotionally charged supernatural thriller starring Laura Vandervoort as Elena Michaels, the lone female werewolf in existence. Why Did It End? This show developed a small but loyal following but apparently never managed to build a wider audience. Its U.S. ratings on the Syfy channel were never very high, and apparently the numbers for the Space Channel in Canada were not enough to keep it going for an extended run. But the creative team was informed in advance that the show’s third season would be its last, thus giving them the opportunity to wrap up its major storylines.
